  • Inner tube (Sampling) material: INCONEL 600 – Outer tube (Cooling) material: AISI 316
  • Terminal blocks material: AISI 316
  • Mounting bracket material: AISI 304
  • Sample connections: 1/4” NPT-F ANSI B1.20.1(Standard) – 1/4” SW Socket welding
  • Coolant connections: 1/2” NPT-F ANSI B1.20.1 – As option, coolant connections can be supplied with nipples and washing “Tee”
  • Nominal heat transfer capacity: Approx. 180 BTU/hr. Depend on coolant and sample temperatures and flows
  • Rating: Sample coil (Inner): 7000 PSI at 4OO°C – Coolant coil (Outer): 500 PSI at 100° C
  • The heat transfer capacity can be increased by connecting coils in series or parallel.
