Reflex weld pad - RWP
Reflex weld pad model RWP is a reflex level gauge to be welded to the tank. Reflex level gauge is installed in order to allow a direct level reading of a liquid stored in a tank. The glasses of reflex level gauge are provided with angled grooves facing the liquid chamber. Due to different indices of refractions, light rays entering the liquid chamber are adsorbed in the liquid zone, otherwise they are reflected in the air space. As a consequence the liquid space appears black and the air space appears silver-white regardless of type of operating fluid.
Main features
- Material of construction for body: stainless steel AISI 316/316L, carbon steel A105. Other materials are available on request
- Material of construction for plate: stainless steel AISI 316/316L, electroplated carbon steel A105
- Gaskets: PTFE or graphite
- Back of weld pad can be flat or with radius according customer’s request
- Graduated scale available on request. Graduated scale can be manufactured according to characteristics of tank
