Reflex level glass indicator - LGR

Reflex level gauge is installed in order to allow a direct level reading of a liquid stored in a tank. The glasses of reflex level gauge are provided with angled grooves facing the liquid chamber. Due to different indices of refractions, light rays entering the liquid chamber are adsorbed in the liquid zone, otherwise they are reflected in the air space. As a consequence the liquid space appears black and the air space appears silver-white regardless of type of operating fluid.

• Threaded connections to tank available on request
• Flanged drain/ vent connection available on request
• Plate for low temperature available on request. If temperature of operating fluid is lower than 0 °C, reflex level gauge is fitted with a plate in order to allow visibility notwithstanding frost
• Graduated scale available on request. Graduated scale can be manufactured according to characteristics of tank
• Valves for connection to tank are provided with safety ball on request. Safety ball reduces leakages of operating fluid in case glasses brake down
• Insulation and tracing with cable/ steam available on request. Insulation and tracing with cable/ steam are requested for low environment temperature
• Graphite or PTFE gaskets according to working parameters
• Needle valves for connection to tank
